Mô tả công việc

Develop and expand the business for carton packaging products.
Identify, build, develop, and maintain relationships with partners and potential customers.
Develop and implement business plans to achieve assigned goals and targets.
Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Ensure all business activities comply with the company’s working procedures and legal requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Proficient in office computer applications.
Ability to travel frequently.
Strong and effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Preference for candidates residing in Biên Hòa or Đồng Nai.
Preference for male candidates.
