- Develop and expand the business for carton packaging products.
- Identify, build, develop, and maintain relationships with partners and potential customers.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve assigned goals and targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all business activities comply with the company’s working procedures and legal requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Proficient in office computer applications.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Strong and effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Preference for candidates residing in Biên Hòa or Đồng Nai.
- Preference for male candidates.
