Mô tả công việc

Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding office printer products.
Collaborate with Partner engineers and provide training and guidance on our products.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of Partner engineers to ensure the highest level of service.
Analyze and assess metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Develop and conduct training materials and sessions for both customers and Partner engineers.
Plan and implement preventive measures to address potential issues and ensure smooth operation.
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
Contact with HQ for get the supporting for new products/training/or escalade the issues with Singapore HQ.

Yêu cầu công việc

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Computer Engineering and Management.
Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years in service operations/network management and experience coordinating with technical teams.
Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication, people management, project management, problem-solving, analytical, and commercial skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
