Mô tả công việc
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding office printer products.
- Collaborate with Partner engineers and provide training and guidance on our products.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of Partner engineers to ensure the highest level of service.
- Analyze and assess metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and conduct training materials and sessions for both customers and Partner engineers.
- Plan and implement preventive measures to address potential issues and ensure smooth operation.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to customer service and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Contact with HQ for get the supporting for new products/training/or escalade the issues with Singapore HQ.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electronics or Computer Engineering and Management.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years in service operations/network management and experience coordinating with technical teams.
- Personal Characteristics: Excellent communication, people management, project management, problem-solving, analytical, and commercial skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
