Audit Preparation and Follow-up

Prepare documents for customer or third-party audits.
Follow up on audit results and prepare corrective action plan reports.
Establish the annual audit plan and schedule.

Internal Audit and Risk Assessment

Conduct internal audits and risk assessments, prepare CAP reports, and monitor improvement actions.
Periodically inspect production areas, identify issues, and conduct improvements.

CSR Program Implementation

Deploy and implement CSR programs.
Build and update compliance programs to align with local regulations and customer standards.
Compose and revise policies and regulations when required.
Conduct subcontractor audits on Corporate Social Responsibility when required.

Cross-Department Collaboration

Work with other departments on audit programs and customer requirements.
Support all HSE-related activities and training.
Additional Duties
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience & Knowledge

At least 5 years of experience working in the same position.
General knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISCC, GRS, HSE, etc.

Skills & Competencies

Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure.
Strong organizational and work arrangement skills.
High problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Careful, enthusiastic, honest, and progressive.
Responsible and highly focused.
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
Chinese proficiency in 4 skills (at least HSK5).
