Job Description
Audit Preparation and Follow-up
- Prepare documents for customer or third-party audits.
- Follow up on audit results and prepare corrective action plan reports.
- Establish the annual audit plan and schedule.
Internal Audit and Risk Assessment
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments, prepare CAP reports, and monitor improvement actions.
- Periodically inspect production areas, identify issues, and conduct improvements.
CSR Program Implementation
- Deploy and implement CSR programs.
- Build and update compliance programs to align with local regulations and customer standards.
- Compose and revise policies and regulations when required.
- Conduct subcontractor audits on Corporate Social Responsibility when required.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with other departments on audit programs and customer requirements.
- Support all HSE-related activities and training.
- Additional Duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience working in the same position.
- General knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISCC, GRS, HSE, etc.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure.
- Strong organizational and work arrangement skills.
- High problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Careful, enthusiastic, honest, and progressive.
- Responsible and highly focused.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office.
- Chinese proficiency in 4 skills (at least HSK5).
