- Support the Finance Controlling Manager in formulating strategic business decisions and development plans to improve organizational productivity, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Support key business initiatives by working with business partners to analyze business performance and identify risks or enhance cost efficiency.
- Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business plans, justify commercial decisions, and recommend ways to optimize revenue, cost, and profit.
- Analyze key cost elements (including different operating and business models) to improve productivity and optimize cost structure.
- Act as a business partner, building strong collaborative relationships with responsible business functions and providing support and recommendations.
- Facilitate the preparation, submission, and monitoring of the annual operating plan and reforecast.
- Coordinate with relevant functions to prepare investment proposals, and evaluate and control costs, benefits, and ROI.
- Monitor the costing system to ensure data quality for timely preparation of costing reports.
- Independently manage business case analyses for management review.
- Work closely with the Compliance Team to ensure internal control compliance.
- Develop financial analysis models to enhance efficiency and translate data into actionable information.
- Influence decisions and actions, even without direct reports or authority over country line and functional personnel.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in management accounting, financial accounting, or cost management, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry or multinational companies.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional accountancy qualification (CPA or equivalent).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
