- Manage the team.
- Provide training and real-time support to agents, ensuring smooth operations and achievement of SLAs and targets.
- Manage QA/QC, key insights, and team performance/KPIs.
- Mentor team members.
- Monitor schedule adherence.
- Provide real-time floor support to agents, handle escalations and supervisor calls, and take Tier 1 calls.
- Motivate team members to achieve targets.
- Share knowledge and address associate issues through floor walking, live call barging, and feedback/coaching.
- Conduct regular briefing sessions with mentees on critical process issues.
- Coach associates on quality process improvements based on audit findings.
- Offer recommendations for process/product improvement to the Delivery Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- B2 English level.
- More than 1 year of experience in a relevant position.
- People management skills are a plus.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
