Mô tả công việc

Participate in the Legal Assessment Committee to evaluate the legal requirements of factory projects.
Stay updated on new laws and regulations, providing expertise and guidance to ensure compliance.
Conduct compliance activities within the factory.
Translate documents between Vietnamese and English.
Liaise with relevant authorities to clarify legal matters and ensure compliance.
Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members in the Compliance Section.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Law.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a legal capacity within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations.
Experience with legal aspects of factory operations, including electricity, energy, construction, and environmental regulations.
Strong analytical and judgment skills.
Good English skills.
