Job Description
- Participate in the Legal Assessment Committee to evaluate the legal requirements of factory projects.
- Stay updated on new laws and regulations, providing expertise and guidance to ensure compliance.
- Conduct compliance activities within the factory.
- Translate documents between Vietnamese and English.
- Liaise with relevant authorities to clarify legal matters and ensure compliance.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior team members in the Compliance Section.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a legal capacity within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations.
- Experience with legal aspects of factory operations, including electricity, energy, construction, and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills.
- Good English skills.
