Accounting System & Internal Control
- Set up and operate the accounting system, accounting procedures, and internal controls from the company establishment stage.
- Build and improve accounting processes and internal control systems.
- Ensure accounting and tax activities comply with current legal regulations.
Financial Reporting, Budget & Cash Flow
- Prepare and control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage budgets and cash flow.
- Advise the Board of Directors on financial matters.
Team Management & External Coordination
- Organize, manage, and operate all activities of the Accounting Department.
- Work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and related government agencies.
- Train, guide, and manage the accounting team.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant; experience in environmental, waste treatment, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience setting up an accounting system from scratch during the early stage of company establishment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
- Able to build and standardize accounting processes.
- Strong financial reporting, management reporting, budget control, and cash flow management capability.
- Able to work with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and related agencies.
- Team management, training, and accounting department operation skills.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fair English proficiency.
- Able to accompany the company during its development stage.
Personality & Attitude
- Honest, careful, and highly responsible.
- Reliable in accounting compliance and financial control.
- Detail-oriented and systematic.
- Willing to build processes and support business development from the early stage.
