Mô tả công việc
- Develop and manage the accounting, tax, and custom function
- Manage all rounded financial and accounting issues for our establishments in Vietnam
- Plan and carry out accounting activities for the Vietnam office to maintain timely and accurate reports to headquarters and local tax offices
- Handle all matters relating to tax, including annual audit, tax office queries for all business locations
- Manage and implement the Group’s accounting systems, internal control and practices in Vietnam
- Report to the management
- Handle day-to-day finance and accounting related duties.
- Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines with minimum 5 years solid working experience in manufacturing costing.
- Highly collaborative with solid management skills.
- Able to supervise a sizable team and manage of full set of manufacturing accounts and accounting system development.
- Proficiency in English & able to communicate at all level.
- Experience with multinational or sizable organization is an advantage.
- Experience in ERP systems is a must.
