- Develop and manage the accounting, tax, and customs functions.
- Manage all financial and accounting issues for establishments in Vietnam.
- Plan and execute accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Handle tax-related matters, including annual audits and inquiries.
- Implement and manage the company’s accounting systems, internal controls, and practices in Vietnam.
- Report to management.
- Handle day-to-day finance and accounting duties.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Minimum Education Requirement: University degree in Accounting/Finance.
Professional Requirements: None specified.
Qualification Certificate: Chief Accountant Certificate.
Experience & Skills:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing costing.
- Strong management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to supervise a team and manage a full set of manufacturing accounts, as well as develop accounting systems.
- English proficiency and strong communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in ERP systems is essential.
Personal Qualities:
- Strong affinity for planning and execution.
- Clear logical thinking and strong analytical abilities (data collection, organization, analysis, and database building).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect data anomalies. Must be comfortable working with numbers.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills and the ability to handle unexpected issues.
- Mature, independent, well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
