Mô tả công việc
- Manage all operations of a children's entertainment center, ensuring efficient operation, a safe environment, and excellent service.
- Service: Manage daily operations, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction. Handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Safety: Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Conduct regular safety checks on equipment and play areas. Implement emergency procedures.
- Staff: Recruit, train, manage, and schedule staff, fostering a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and motivate staff. Manage personnel costs efficiently.
- Sales: Monitor sales, set targets and action plans. Implement marketing promotions and events. Develop sales skills in the team and promote in-house services (F&B, games, activities). Collaborate with the building management for marketing opportunities.
- Stock: Manage inventory, order supplies (retail, F&B, operational), and maintain optimal stock levels. Control material costs and waste to maximize profit.
- Standard (Quality): Maintain high hygiene standards, implement cleaning and sanitization procedures, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Adhere to display standards, POSM standards, signage, and maintenance protocols.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in F&B service, with at least 2 years in a management role in a restaurant, entertainment center, or similar.
- Skills: Team leadership, operations management, customer service, sales and target management.
- Personal Attributes: Passion for working with children, excellent customer service mindset, integrity, proactive and responsible attitude, attention to detail regarding safety and customer experience.
