Business Planning & Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and target markets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key strategic customers to ensure sustainable revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitors; propose effective pricing policies and sales solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel industry and electronics supply chain.
Sales Operations Management
- Plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate sales activities.
- Manage, train, and develop the Sales team (including 02 Sales Executives and 04 Sales Admin staff).
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, and QC departments to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
- Monitor receivables, ensure compliance with contract terms, and manage commercial risks.
- Report directly to the Korean Sales Manager and provide periodic performance and analysis reports.
Data Analysis & Supply Chain Management
- Analyze sales KPIs and forecast customer demand.
- Plan raw material procurement effectively and optimize inventory levels.
- Utilize ERP systems to support sales operations and data management.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Market Development
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Proactively propose solutions to improve customer experience and resolve complaints.
- Leverage existing networks to expand market share and sales volume for VSSC.

Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales; priority given to candidates with experience in steel, metal processing, or suppliers for Samsung Electronics.
- Proven experience in team supervision or sales leadership.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation, communication, and key account development skills.
- Analytical thinking, planning ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills in an FDI environment.
Personality & Attitude
- Willing to work in Phu My, Ba Ria - Vung Tau and travel to meet customers when required.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the daily commute via company shuttle bus.
