New Business Acquisition
- Responsible for the acquisition of new Freight Forwarding (FFW) customers.
- Expand the company's FFW customer portfolio.
- Implement sales plans, strategies, and activities to achieve development targets.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to grow sales revenue and profitability.
- Manage personal customer portfolio and ensure all activities/opportunities are updated into the system (SFDC) properly and timely.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build solid relationships with customers to maintain existing business.
- Increase share of wallet and generate new developments contributing to bottom-line growth.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
Market Intelligence and Strategy
- Provide regular market intelligence and insights updates to commercial and product teams.
- Increase "Selling strategy" efficiency to improve winning ratios and secure more market share.
- Present the company's full range of solutions, not limited to FFW, to customers.
Marketing Support
- Participate and support marketing activities for product promotions or special programs.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by the direct Manager or functional team.

Education & Qualifications
- Degree holder in Global Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation is preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 5+ years of sales and account management experience in freight forwarding/logistics.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in airfreight/ocean freight.
- Experience in customer service or pricing is a plus.
- Good understanding of working under "high-speed requirements" in the FFW business.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional sales experience in building controlled portfolios for both direct customers and co-loading business.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English. Chinese speaking is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Independent, strong leadership, and team spirit.
- Highly adaptable, flexible, and hands-on.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
