- Research and develop a customer database aligned with exhibition requirements.
- Build relationships with key visitors, exhibitors, and associations.
- Work with the project team to achieve KPIs.
- Plan and conduct one-on-one visits with customers.
- Develop and execute business matching programs and events.
- Develop and execute engaging on-site activities.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing ideas to divisional growth.
- Uphold company values and maintain a professional image.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma/Degree in business/marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experience (exhibition industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Analytical problem-solving approach.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Business-to-business sales experience is a plus.
- Highly motivated and self-starting.
- Adaptable and open to new ideas.
- Confident and assertive.
- Results-oriented.
- Ambitious and driven to achieve excellence.
