Mô tả công việc

Proposing and Planning:

Joining brainstorming sessions with the Marketing team and other managers to come up with new event ideas.
Planning events from start to finish, according to requirements, standard operating procedure, target customers, and objectives.
Preparing, submitting budgets and ensuring efficient cost allocation.

Researching

Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
Conducting market research as requested by the Marketing managers.

Operation & Administration

Handling logistics matters.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient staffing for events.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient workflow, marketing, and deliver excellent customer experience for events.
Promptly handling and resolving any problems that might occur.
Analyzing the event’s success and preparing reports.
Handling payment requests with the Accounting department.

Yêu cầu công việc

An energetic, dependable, flexible team member who is ready to roll up their sleeves, learn, work hard, and have fun doing it.
A team player with excellent organizational skills and ability for problem solving.
University Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality Management, or similar discipline.
At least 02 years of proven working experience.
Proven experience managing events and project managing.
Good English skills - written and verbal.
Committed availability for monthly and special events
