Daily Operations:
- Track all payments and expenditures (payroll, taxes, purchase orders, invoices, etc.).
- Reconcile processed work, verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintain historical records.
- Process employee expense claims and prepare paychecks.
- Pay vendors, tax office, insurance office, and other stakeholders; ensure timely payments.
- Respond to finance and compliance inquiries from other departments.
- Prepare monthly reports and support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
Month-end and Year-end Closing Activities (AP, AR, GL):
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
- Update balance sheet schedules (CAPEX, intangible assets, prepaid expense amortization, cost/expense accrual).
- Confirm intercompany transactions.
- Reconcile AP aging.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare management reports.
Other Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Other tasks as requested.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in multiple accounting roles is preferred.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
