Mô tả công việc

Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in managing corporate clients, focusing on client onboarding, transaction processing, and administrative tasks.
Assist RMs on facility documents negotiation, including obtaining relevant internal approvals and timely communicating with clients.
Assist the RMs from time to time on marketing (including client meetings), projects, credit related activities (Credit Applications, Rating Applications, agreements, credit-related documents and maturity control, etc.) or other assignments that are assigned by RMs.
Other related duties as assigned by Supervisor and Department Head.

Yêu cầu công việc

Having at least 5 years of working experience in banking industry. Especially, extensive experience in credit related tasks is preferable.
Experience as ARM at international banks is also a plus.
Degree holder in Banking, Finance or equivalent.
Smooth coordination & good working relationship with clients, product lines, risk function and other business units.
Good knowledge of banking system, regulations, documentation, products.
Good sense of team-work and responsibility.
Ability to work independently & under high pressure.
Good communication, time management and documentation skills.
Fluency in English (Japanese is preferable)
