- Be in charge of all daily operations of assigned stores, driving staff to achieve measurable sales targets.
- Lead and provide constant support to all store managers in daily retail operations.
- Recruit, manage, train, develop, and coach all staff, ensuring they are well-versed in products and that excellent customer service is provided.
- Ensure that product Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation align with the guidelines provided by the brand in charge.
- Coordinate and provide constant feedback to supporting teams both locally and at the Head Office (Product, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounting, IT, and HR).
- Study customer trends and behaviors in the managed stores and propose workable programs to drive sales based on these trends.
- Ensure optimal inventory in each store and guide store teams on how to achieve this.
- Liaise with local Shopping Mall partners regarding ongoing & upcoming promotional programs and take the initiative to propose tactical programs in a collaborative effort.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by the Head Office.
- Prepare a store visit plan, ensure regular visits, and provide status updates of the store visits.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior and Management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female, 30-40 years old, with a pleasant and mature personality.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in fashion retail operation with at least 3 years of store management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and managerial skills.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Solid ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands is required.
