Mô tả công việc

Data Entry and Record Maintenance

Enter accounting data such as invoices, receipts, and journal entries into the system accurately and on time.
Verify and reconcile financial information to ensure accuracy.
Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and files.

Accounting Operations Support

Support the accounting team with basic administrative and reporting tasks.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports when required.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications

College or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

At least 1 year of experience in accounting data entry or a similar role.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Experience with accounting software (MISA, SAP, ERP, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data input.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Organized, responsible, and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
