Job Description
Data Entry and Record Maintenance
- Enter accounting data such as invoices, receipts, and journal entries into the system accurately and on time.
- Verify and reconcile financial information to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and files.
Accounting Operations Support
- Support the accounting team with basic administrative and reporting tasks.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports when required.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting data entry or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting software (MISA, SAP, ERP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data input.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
