Accounting Operations & Compliance

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, Vietnam accounting principles, and tax laws.
Handle intercompany transactions and support related tax matters such as transfer pricing, FCT, CIT, and WHT for intercompany sales.

Financial Reporting & Audit Support

Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets using systems such as Navision, Ocra, and VAS.
Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; CPA qualification is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company or accounting firm.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Vietnam accounting principles and tax regulations.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, transfer pricing, FCT, CIT, WHT, and intercompany transactions.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
Familiarity with NAV/ERP systems is required.

Language / Other Requirements

Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
Gender: all accepted.
Age requirement: 25–30.

Personality & Attitude

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
