Job Description
Accounting Operations & Compliance
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, Vietnam accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Handle intercompany transactions and support related tax matters such as transfer pricing, FCT, CIT, and WHT for intercompany sales.
Financial Reporting & Audit Support
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets using systems such as Navision, Ocra, and VAS.
- Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance; CPA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a multinational manufacturing company or accounting firm.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, transfer pricing, FCT, CIT, WHT, and intercompany transactions.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with NAV/ERP systems is required.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken.
- Gender: all accepted.
- Age requirement: 25–30.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
