Job Description
Food Safety and Asset Management
- Take responsibility for food hygiene and safety standards; assign staff to clean working areas, tools, and equipment.
- Supervise the implementation of food safety measures by the catering department; ensure the quality of dishes before serving.
- Monitor and guide staff in the use and preservation of assets, equipment, and tools under the management of the catering department.
- Organize daily food sample archiving according to legal regulations.
Menu Planning and Quality Control
- Plan weekly menus; research and create new dishes; develop diverse menus to change periodically or unexpectedly.
- Ensure menus, specifications, and food quality align with the approved budget.
- Urge and supervise the cooking process to ensure quality; directly check the quality of dishes before transferring to the serving area.
- Responsible for food quality; supervise and inspect incoming goods, food, and spices in terms of both quantity and quality.
Inventory and Beverage Counter Management
- Check food inventory and raw materials to determine appropriate preservation or processing methods, or decide to dispose of food when quality is not guaranteed.
- Plan beverage purchasing; contact suppliers to ensure sufficient supply for the refreshment counter.
- Frequently survey external beverage prices; propose internal selling prices (lower than market rates) to the General Affairs Director for approval every 6 months or when market prices fluctuate.
- Supervise the preparation process of refreshment counter staff and coordinate related activities.
Staff Management and Administration
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the cleaning/janitorial department.
- Plan, guide, inspect, and coordinate activities; assign work to staff according to positions; control staff compliance with processes and instructions to ensure stable operations.
- Directly disseminate regulations, working principles, or information from superiors/related functional departments to staff.
- Coordinate with the HR department to organize professional training for staff, creating conditions for staff to develop their capabilities.
- Timely inform the Head of Administration & HR about issues related to catering activities.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Administration & HR.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 2 years of experience in a management position.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

- Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel).
- Management and leadership skills.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Communication and coordination skills.
