Job Description
- Working with owners/developers, contractor or general contractor to promote Unitary products in Project sales
- Meeting with Owner/GC with critical information: Key decision maker, Bidding criteria, Project schedule in details, competitor’s information, …
- Supporting consultants and contractors on commercial products or VRF applications by preparing schematic diagrams, piping & wiring layouts. Generate quotations to meet customer requirements, increase commercial or VRF sales
- Reporting to Unitary Sales Manager and carrying out any other assignments from time to time
- Achieving personal sales target
Job Requirement
- Background Engineering (HVAC, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical) (preferred)
- Good communication in English.
- At least 05 years experiences with VRF sales.
- Experience working with Developers, Consultants and General contractors, HVAC contractors.
- Proven ability to develop and acquire new customers.
- Strong knowledge of economic trends and current market conditions.
- Working location: HCM
