Job Description
Promotion Planning and Design
- Plan and design promotional activities for commercial facilities, exhibitions, and seasonal events.
- Design promotional methods based on brand and product characteristics.
- Localize planning for local markets based on headquarters strategies.
Event and Event Execution Management
- Direct the design of event booths and sales floor layouts.
- Plan tasting and experience-based promotional activities.
- Direct and train local promotion staff to ensure execution quality.
- Coordinating with Commercial Facilities and External Partners
- Negotiate terms with mall operators and exhibition organizers.
- Manage the progress, cost, and quality of outsourcing and production companies.
Sales and Effectiveness Verification and Improvement
- Manage event sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and implement improvement measures.
- Collect and report consumer responses and competitive trends.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- University degree with a background in Marketing.
Experience & Knowledge
- Several years of experience in the Marketing or FMCG industry.
- Preferred experience in developing sales and marketing strategies for retail products.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English at a business level.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive and capable of leading organizational expansion to increase sales.
Working Conditions
- Work primarily in Ho Chi Minh City and Southern Vietnam.
- Environment includes commercial facility event spaces and exhibitions.
