Job Description
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and actively develop new customers to expand portfolio of owner/ developer.
- Visit & take care of main-contractors, MEP contractors and consultants
- Make proposals about HVAC solutions for both new and existing projects: Replacement, Retrofit, Performance Guarantee, Energy Savings and Control system.
- Prepare quotation, bidding document, contracting, negotiating, forecast, delivery and payment following.
- Work with sub-contractors about contracting cost, design, installation and installation schedule
- Liaise with internal departments to perform sales-related tasks smoothly and solve customer requirements.
- Penetrate market of installed bases of Trane and competitors to develop list of high chance projects
- Attend cadence meetings about Sales forecast,
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to Applied sales manager and management level
- Meet personal target of yearly Booking and Revenue
Job Requirement
- Background: University degree of HVAC, understanding Control system.
- Experience of MEP and basic knowledge of Chiller is an advantage. LEED AP certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of cost and savings studies incorporating energy conversation measures.
- Ability to work independently with all levels of customers, especially working with Owner, Developer, M&E contractor/consultant
- Good at MS Office, AutoCAD, Working Schedule, presentation and organization skill.
- Good capability of all English skills
- At least 4 years’ experience
