Job Description
- Training Development: Design and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, video tutorials, and pocket guides for new and existing products.
- Workshop Delivery: Conduct engaging in -person and virtual training sessions (webinars) on product ingredients, benefits, usage, and advanced makeup application techniques.
- Sales Empowerment: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align training strategies with monthly promotions and new launches (e.g., March 8th or Holiday campaigns).
- Field Coaching: Visit stores or branches to provide on -the-ground coaching, ensuring the sales staff maintains high standards of service and professional makeup artistry.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating "Education -focused" content for social media or internal platforms to keep the community updated on beauty trends.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and the latest makeup styles to keep the training curriculum fresh and relevant.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 –3 years of experience in product training or as a professional Makeup Artist within the beauty/FMCG industry.
- Expertise in makeup application (contouring, bridal, editorial, etc.) and skincare knowledge.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English (especially technical terms related to cosmetics).
- Creative, energetic, and a "people person" with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using digital meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams).
