Job Description
Warehouse Operations Management
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and outbound activities.
- Manage warehouse manpower, equipment, storage capacity and operating costs.
- Ensure accurate inventory control, stock accuracy and proper warehouse organization.
Logistics & Store Distribution
- Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Merchandising and Store Operations teams to ensure timely delivery to stores.
- Plan and optimize inbound/outbound logistics and distribution according to store demand and business requirements.
- Work with 3PL/logistics partners when required to ensure service quality and delivery performance.
KPI, Process Improvement & Compliance
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, picking accuracy, delivery performance, productivity and operating costs.
- Improve warehouse processes, layout, SOPs and operational systems to increase productivity.
- Conduct regular stocktaking and investigate discrepancies, damages and losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and warehouse regulations.
Team Management
- Lead, train and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse staff.
- Analyze warehouse and logistics data and propose solutions to improve cost, productivity and service level.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management, preferably in Retail, Consumer Goods, Distribution or E-commerce; experience in retail chain systems with 50+ stores is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics, including inbound, outbound, inventory control and distribution.
- Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations and warehouse teams.
- Good knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and warehouse management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and people management skills.
- Experience working with 3PL / transportation providers is an advantage.
Language / Other Requirements
- Good English communication skills.
- Preferred background: convenience store or retail chain operations such as Circle K, Family Mart, Muji, Kohnan, GS25 or similar.
- Interview process: 2–3 rounds, including one round in HCMC and one round in Bien Hoa; reference check may be required before offer.
Personality & Attitude
- Honest, stable working history and suitable for a confidential replacement search.
- Willing to support urgent warehouse issues on Saturday or outside office hours when needed.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under operational pressure.
