Job Description
(1) Create and update SOPs in collaboration with process expert(s).
(2) Ensure continuous improvement of SOPs and tool methodology as well as develop/maintain guidance documents.
(3) Ensure identification of process gaps/overlaps and bring solutions for unresolved issues to management.
(4) Act as key member of cross-functional teams on business process, performance or system enhancement initiatives, as required.
(5) Introduce the SOP mapping tool and the role of the SOP Governance Office to line functions, as required.
(6) Collect/track any change requests and ensure they are raised to review.
Job Requirement
(1) Good knowledge of / experience with business process modeling methodology.
(2) Use of MS, Google drive application is desirable
(3) Very good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
(4) Very good negotiations skills (ability to facilitate compromise, and to manage and implement change)
(5) Familiarity with relevant business industry.
