Job Description
- Manage the budget and banking relationships.
- Reconcile payroll and ensure its accuracy.
- Handle daily accounting vouchers and entries, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable, and process vendor and supplier invoices, verifying accuracy, approvals, and account coding in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Maintain full-set accounting records, including bookkeeping and inventory transaction verification.
- Act as the primary contact for financial interactions, providing service and support to the Principal/Director for business needs and development.
- Monitor, control, and forecast cost usage at a detailed level.
- Manage, inspect, and supervise company assets, tools, and inventory.
- Offer suggestions and advice to improve accounting processes.
- Prepare payment schedules for suppliers and submit them for approval.
- Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, tax reports, and other statutory reports.
- Generate monthly and yearly financial statements, including Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Prepare quarterly and yearly corporate income tax (CIT) reports.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Head.
- Tax:
- Prepare documentation for CIT finalization reports.
- Monitor tax compliance and reconcile tax reports for VAT, CIT, PIT, and other taxes.
- Offer support and guidance during tax audits.
- Advise other departments on tax-related concerns.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Extensive experience in financial management and accounting, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the accounting field.
