Job Description
Team Leadership and Performance Management
- Lead the sales team to achieve specific business and performance targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Monitor team productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions to enhance capability and efficiency.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and ensure CRM data is consistently maintained and up to date.
- Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder sales progress and provide solutions to support team performance.
Sales Operations and Strategic Development
- Analyze sales performance, customer experience trends, and data insights to create effective sales strategies for assigned markets and clients.
- Develop and implement operational best practices to maximize revenue and improve client satisfaction.
- Work with client contacts on performance reporting, forecasting, and target achievement.
- Coordinate sales performance incentive programs and team reward schemes.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main escalation point for clients, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Maintain strong communication with both the Sales Director and external clients to foster strategic business relationships.
- Stay current with market trends and customer service developments to ensure the team remains informed and aligned with industry direction.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales growth.
- Experience in operations, strategic planning, and change management.
- Demonstrated success in employee development and retention.
- Proficient in Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems.
- Experience maximizing revenue through best practices and client success initiatives.
