Job Description
Strategy and Planning
- Develop short, medium, and long-term marketing strategies aligned with the company's business direction.
- Create and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans across online and offline channels.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
Brand and Communication Management
- Direct and manage the brand image across all communication channels.
- Develop communication content, messages, images, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage media channels including the website, fanpage, social media, PR, and KOLs/Influencers.
Digital Marketing and Performance
- Manage and optimize digital marketing activities such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Track and analyze marketing data including traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Propose improvements based on campaign performance and analytics.
Sales Support and Market Development
- Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and Product Development departments to build sales promotion programs.
- Conduct market research on consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Propose strategies for products, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
Team Leadership and Reporting
- Recruit, train, and develop the marketing team while evaluating personnel performance.
- Assign tasks, supervise progress, and build workflows and KPIs for the Marketing department.
- Track and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, reporting periodically to the Board of Management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, with at least 3 to 5 years in a management position.
- Experience in the Retail, FMCG, or Chain Store sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working on large-scale projects with a total investment of 1 to 1.5 billion USD.
- Deep understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, terminal marketing, and consumer insights.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and budget management skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and presentation skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Creative mindset, highly sensitive to market trends and changes in consumer behavior.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
