Job Description

Sales operations management (70%):

  • Key liaison of Tele sale team & Wellness Instructor leader and other teams such as Marketing, Legal, and Technical to ensure the whole internal sales process is carried out smoothly and sales order is completed in an appropriate manner
  • Oversee the sales funnel by tracking conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyzing pertinent data so they can make sound recommendations for how to improve the funnel’s performance.
  • Provide salespersons or tele sales with tools, scripts, and other relevant content guide their interaction with a prospective client
  • Manage the CRM data through auditing data input by sales team & Instructors for consistency and accuracy, setting up automations, and managing custom fields and propose for system enhancements where applicable
  • Increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools, for example email prospecting, contract management, and content enablement software.
  • Perform Sales forecasting with CEO to define monthly, quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and create necessary performance dashboards for sales executives
  • Prioritize urgent tasks and major projects to make sure critical works gets accomplished, teaching sales support executives’ new skills to advance their capabilities, and running things up the ladder when necessary.
  • Work closely with sales managers and representatives to manage forecasting and data analysis
  • Prepare and present periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) sales reports to company management to provide crucial information that is useful in making key business decisions
  • Ensuring facilities are smoothly operating in terms of customer services and cleanness of the studios.
  • Coordinating well with respective studio Senior Instructors to ensure everything goes well training operational in the studios

Team management and talents development (30%):

  • Regularly share the sales performance result with sales team and relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment on key performance indicators.
  • Lead a team of sales support, oversee their activities to ensure the tasks and responsibilities related to sales operations are well taken care of. Review their performances on a regular basis to provide prompt feedback where applicable

Job Requirement

Requirements during probationary period:

  • Complete all Stage 1 and 2 of the products & Services learning, all webinars, all value tips
  • Pass all the product knowledge tests by the company and acquire at least 02 certificates on Equipment and Courses
  • Able to live the company culture (many-to-many) by examples
  • Complete all the training regarding sales processes conducted by
  • Product CRM, Educational Course, Legal departments
  • Able to present and introduce the brand’s values to the whole company’s staff
  • Proactive and customer-orientated attitude
  • Attend 100% training sessions and meetings with GP/ GD HQ

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achieving 80% of sales projection on time as per both studio
  • Develop at least 2 new event activation for the existing Studios
  • Improve the Service & Hospitality of the whole end-to-end service
  • process by 80%- Smiling & Greetings
  • Maintain the customer’s satisfaction ratio after D&AS at 4.5/05
  • Ensure that 100% of client accounts on CRM system are properly filed with accurate information
  • Improve the effectiveness of internal sales system by 60%
  • Provide 100% of required tools and materials when the sales team need in a timely manner
  • Provide min. 80% accurate sales forecast and sales targets in a timely manner
  • Achieving 70% New contacts & Renewal 30% sales of each studio.
  • Receive feedback of min. 4/5 from sales team on collaboration and supportiveness.
