Job Description

Recruitment (80%):

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source candidates.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
  • Design and implement new employee orientation and onboarding programs.

Talent Pipeline Management:

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.

HR Administration (20%):

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Provide support for HR initiatives and projects.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.
  • Thorough understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
