Job Description
Recruitment (80%):
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit.
- Design and implement new employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Talent Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources.
HR Administration (20%):
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Provide support for HR initiatives and projects.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.
- Thorough understanding of recruitment best practices and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
