Job Description
- People Management: Building a positive work environment and fostering strong working relationships.
- Planning and Decision Making: Driving continuous improvement by staying abreast of technological developments and optimizing processes and systems.
- Production Control: Overseeing production output, minimizing reject percentages, optimizing raw material utilization, and minimizing downtime.
- Problem Solving and Process Improvement: Analyzing production issues to determine root causes and collaborating with relevant departments to implement preventative measures and process improvements.
- Technical Expertise: Possessing a strong understanding of machine principles and quality control procedures to prevent product defects.
- Team Leadership and Training: Leading and providing technical training to a team of technicians and packers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generating weekly and monthly reports to track progress against improvement plans.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position
- Good communication skills in English (Active)
- Experience with Stretch Blow Molding
- Manpower management experience
