Job Description
Logistics and Product Ordering Operations
- Perform back-office tasks with a strong focus on product ordering and logistics operations, including transportation arrangements, delivery schedule management, and product registration.
- Collaborate with teammates to manage daily operations related to administration, office upkeep, accounting, and logistics tasks.
Translation and Interpretation
- Translate written documents, correspondence, contracts, and reports between Vietnamese and Japanese with high accuracy and diligence.
- Provide translation support for official company communications, contracts, and required documents.
- Interpret during internal and external meetings, conferences, presentations, and negotiations.
Administrative and Office Support
- Manage management schedules, travel arrangements, and required logistical support.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other communication channels with timely and accurate responses.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and attending to guests.
- Draft, proofread, and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal use, meetings, and conferences.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring proper archiving and easy retrieval of information.
- Provide general administrative support to the superior and office manager, including managing correspondence and preparing reports.
- Handle staff claims.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in logistics (shipping) and office administration.
- Experience in domestic and international import/export processes.
- Strong translation and interpretation skills in Japanese and English.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and diligence in translation.
- Ability to organize documents and maintain filing systems efficiently.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
