Job Description
We're seeking a creative and passionate Marketing Assistant specializing in video editing to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in creating engaging short-form video content for our supplement brands across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels. Your focus will be on developing high-quality videos that capture attention, drive engagement, and ultimately convert viewers into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Influencer Management and Marketing teams to understand social content strategy and brand objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in short-form video creation, particularly on TikTok.
- Produce high-quality, engaging videos optimized for each platform (TikTok, Shorts, Reels, etc.).
- Utilize strong storytelling techniques, attention-grabbing hooks, and visually appealing editing to maximize audience retention.
- Analyze the performance of video content, identify winning creative elements, and implement learnings into future productions.
Job Requirement
- A genuine passion for video editing and 2-3 years of experience creating marketing-focused short-form videos with a proven track record of driving sales.
- Expert-level proficiency in CapCut.
- Strong English language skills (Writing, Reading, and Listening), with an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher (or equivalent).
- Proactive and dedicated to continuous learning, readily embracing new techniques and technologies to enhance video editing skills.
- A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
