Job Description
Manage livestream operations for client brands across various platforms, integrating strategy, content, talent, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and operate the brand's social commerce store by integrating human resources, products, space, and content to achieve revenue goals.
- Plan and execute livestream sessions across platforms; monitor and evaluate performance in real-time, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations.
- Stay updated on market dynamics, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging innovations to propose creative ideas and new directions for livestream operations.
- Design and manage themed campaigns based on seasonal or market opportunities; propose operational strategies, set KPIs, and fine-tune plans based on live feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Creative, Media, Production) and external partners (KOLs, hosts, freelancers) to ensure the seamless execution of livestreams.
- Coach and manage hosts and support staff; create playbooks and SOPs to maintain quality and consistency across livestream projects.
- Act as the main person-in-charge of the project, ensuring its successful execution and delivery.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- CET-6 English proficiency or equivalent certificate with fluent Chinese communication skills; English language skills are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience managing livestream operations on social media platforms. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in livestreaming beauty or FMCG products.
- In-depth understanding of short video and livestream features and mechanics on relevant platforms.
- Strong grasp of the platform's commercialization models; basic knowledge of international platforms.
- Results-oriented mindset, strong system thinking, excellent data analysis capabilities, and a deep understanding of user behavior.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills, a high sense of ownership, and strong learning agility.
