Job Description
1. Daily tasks:
- Collect, check, reconcile, and record internal accounting documents (receipts, payments, invoices, contracts, etc.).
- Record and monitor all economic transactions arising within the company.
- Manage and control cash fund, bank deposits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Monitor inventory of goods and raw materials (inbound – outbound – stock).
2. Periodic tasks:
- Prepare financial reports and internal management reports weekly/monthly/quarterly as required by the Board of Directors.
- Reconcile internal data among departments, between the company and suppliers/customers.
- Check, analyze costs, revenues, and profits to support management decisions.
- Assist in preparing financial plans and budgets.
3. Other tasks:
- Organize, store, and manage accounting records/documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate with the HR department to calculate salaries, bonuses, and employee benefits.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirement
- Male/Female, good command of English
- At least 2 experience in a similar position, preferably in a trading company
- Able to start work immediately
