Job Description
- Source and purchase fruits (dragon fruit, lime, coconut, watermelon, bananas, etc.) from qualified suppliers
- Negotiate price, quality, delivery terms, and payment conditions with suppliers
- Build and maintain good relationships with farmers, traders, and vendors
- Monitor fruit quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare purchasing reports and analyze market trends for management
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fruit purchasing or agricultural sourcing
- Good command of English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of fruit supply markets is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
