Job Description

Company Setup:

• Lead the establishment of the company's subsidiary, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the technology and advertising sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans and operational procedures tailored to company goals within the industry.

Operations Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across all departments and coordinating well with other teams in the Head office.
• Implement policies from the head office and support the development of new policies tailored specifically to the Japanese market.
• Manage the company's financial performance, optimizing budgets and controlling costs to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
• Develop and implement work practices that align with the company's corporate culture and operational methods.

Human Resources Management:

• Collaborate with the Human Capital Development (HCD) department of the head office to recruit and identify suitable talent for the subsidiary.
• Work with the HCD team to develop and implement HR policies that are tailored to the specific needs of the company and compliant with local regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes creativity and productivity, essential in the technology and advertising fields.

Partner Development:

• Work with the BOD to identify and build relationships with strategic partners in the technology and advertising industries.
• Negotiate and secure partnerships that drive the company's growth and competitive advantage.
• Monitor and assess the performance of partnerships to ensure they align with the company's long-term objectives.

Sales Department Development:

• Lead the development and expansion of the sales department, focusing on strategies that capitalize on market trends in technology and advertising.
• Set and achieve ambitious sales targets that contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Continuously analyze market trends and customers' needs to refine and adapt sales strategies.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the media industry.
• Able to work in big business.
• Advanced English.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive long-term success.
• Travel as required.
