Job Description
- Xây dựng chiến lược đào tạo, khảo sát nhu cầu, thiết kế – triển khai – đánh giá hiệu quả chương trình.
- Tổ chức hoạt động gắn kết nội bộ, CSR và văn hóa doanh nghiệp.
- Quản lý, phân công và phát triển đội ngũ phòng ban.
- Tham mưu lãnh đạo về chiến lược đào tạo, xây dựng văn hóa và cải thiện môi trường làm việc.
Job Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp ĐH trở lên; tiếng Trung lưu loát 4 kỹ năng
- Tối thiểu 3 năm trong lĩnh vực nhân sự về quản lý đào tạo và quan hệ nhân viên
- Ưu tiên từng làm tại tập đoàn đa quốc gia.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, kỹ năng lập báo cáo.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm
