Job Description
Production Process Monitoring and Control
- Ensure the production process complies with quality standards.
- Perform inspections and evaluations at various stages.
Product Defect Analysis and Handling
- Analyze the causes of defects, propose corrective and preventive measures.
- Documentation System Building and Quality Improvement
- Develop inspection standards, control procedures, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with related departments to implement improvement activities.
Staff Training
- Train and guide staff on inspection methods and quality awareness.
- Reporting and Coordination
- Organize inter-departmental meetings to handle quality issues when assigned.
- Request support from other departments to perform quality-related tasks.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dyeing Chemistry, Chemistry, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management or quality engineering.
- Understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OEKO-TEX, etc.).
- Understanding of LEAN, Kaizen, 5S, and safety systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in using quality improvement tools: 7 QC Tools, FMEA, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, Control Plan, Statistical Process Control, Measurement Systems Analysis, PDCA, 8D.
- Leadership skills: team management, work assignment, and performance evaluation.
- Strategic quality planning and change management skills.
- Data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Effective communication with management, customers, and partners (domestic and international).
- Training and succession team development skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- English communication (Equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher).
- Proficient in office computing, Excel functions.
