Job Description
- Receive production orders, prepare material plans, and manage incoming materials.
- Manage UPC (Universal Product Code) label designs, coordinating with US design team and label suppliers.
- Prepare purchase requisitions (PIs) based on approved quotations, adhering to internal procedures and timelines.
- Release purchase orders for materials, tools, and accessories required for smooth operations (pallets, wrap film, etc.).
- Track material arrivals and report on their status.
- Collaborate with inventory coordinators to manage purchase orders and existing stock.
- Coordinate with the packing and shipping team to schedule and release shipments.
- Monitor safety stock levels for accessories needed for operations.
- Manage payment requests and quotation forms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Specialist.
Job Requirement
- Background: Engineering background.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Language Skills: English proficiency (both oral and written).
- Other Skills: Logistical thinking and commitment.
- Education: Not specified, but likely requires at least a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar planning or production role within the manufacturing industry.
- A certification in planning and production is preferred, but not required.
- Specific Industry Knowledge: Manufacturing industry experience.
