Job Description

Safety Oversight & Compliance

• Oversee daily operations across the facility to ensure all employees strictly follow local and corporate safety regulations.
• Maintain and enforce stringent safety requirements for new machinery, equipment, production processes, and materials.
• Manage the delivery, inventory, and usage efficiency of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all staff.

Incident Management & Risk Assessment

• Handle, investigate, and document all occupational incidents, near-misses, or hazards thoroughly.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports and proactively propose actionable improvement solutions.
• Identify potential health risks and cooperate directly with medical staff to develop solutions that improve overall employee well-being.

Training & System Development

• Conduct regular and comprehensive training sessions on occupational safety and fire prevention for the workforce.
• Build, develop, and maintain a highly sustainable HSE management system tailored to the facility's operations.
• Cooperate seamlessly with relevant departments to continuously improve the work environment and maintain safe working conditions.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Labor Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Possessing a recognized HSE certification is considered a strong advantage.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an HSE role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Solid and practical knowledge of local and corporate HSE regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment methodologies.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication and proactive problem-solving skills to effectively enforce safety protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good language skills (Level C equivalent) to handle safety documentation, training materials, and internal communication.
