Job Description
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct strategic planning to expand the commercial market.
- Identify new target customers, including both potential and existing customers, and approach them for sales opportunities.
- Develop new business relationships with customers in the property industry, health industry, fitness industry, and other related commercial sectors.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management
- Generate, manage, and cultivate new prospects for commercial business.
- Manage, maintain, and expand client relationships, including business partners.
- Maintain and grow business relationships with existing customers.
- Build strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
Sales Target, KPI & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly sales targets and develop new business prospects.
- Manage and control sales KPIs.
- Manage and control pricing and margin.
- Create annual, monthly, and weekly sales targets.
- Forecast and analyze sales performance, problems, and obstacles affecting monthly sales.
Negotiation & Sales Closing
- Negotiate with customers and close sales deals.
- Manage customers and prospective clients throughout the sales process.
- Support the development of sales opportunities from prospecting to closing.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales plans.
- Collect and report competitor information, including sales amount, new products, and sales strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Sales experience in commercial business, especially B2B sales.
- Experience at management level with strong leadership capability.
- Experience in the real estate or fitness industry is an advantage, including hospitality, Vingroup, Masterise, BIM, BRG, and related sectors.
- Familiar with assigned territory and nearby cities.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales management and business development skills.
- Ability to manage and control sales KPIs, pricing, margins, and sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, including speaking and writing.
- Male or female candidates.
- Age between 30–40.
- Able to travel up country when required.

- Strong leadership mindset.

- Proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal communication.
