- Develop and optimize compensation, benefits, and reward policies.
- Manage and control personal income tax, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
- Analyze HR data and prepare labor cost reports.
- Ensure full legal compliance and alignment with internal standards.

- University graduate.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in large-scale manufacturing environments is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
