Mô tả công việc
- Maximize commercial visual impact within the store to provide an attractive and inviting shopping experience for customers.
- Change visual displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes.
- Coach in-store sales staff and develop their understanding of merchandise presentation.
- Conduct frequent store visits to ensure appropriate visual solutions are implemented.
- Coordinate the application of brand visual merchandising guidelines in stores and ensure brand integrity is maintained at all times.
- Adhere to company guidelines, create commercial adaptations, and support in writing relevant guidelines.
- Support the Store & Administration Manager with in-store floor moves, store setups, press events, relevant meetings, and special projects in line with company guidelines.
- Liaise with local suppliers to source and produce visual merchandising materials, tools, manuals, etc., within the given budget.
- Conduct regular research on local lifestyle, demographics, and trends and provide feedback to the Head Office when requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Managers.

Education & Qualifications
- Education background in Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience in visual merchandising within the fashion retail industry.
Skills & Competencies
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good understanding of commercial practices.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
- Good computer skills.
- Availability to travel upon request.
