Mô tả công việc

Operations:

Support the Operations Manager (OM) in daily operations.
Manage the team to achieve KPIs and maintain quality.
Report performance issues and updates to the OM.
Conduct quality control in collaboration with QA.
Provide training and coaching to team members.
Be flexible with daily tasks.
Review and provide feedback on SOPs and processes.
Identify process gaps and offer solutions to improve agent performance.
Design and implement new and improved processes to enhance KPIs, customer experience, and efficiency.
Forecast workload volume and plan for peak periods.
Identify and mitigate risks, providing immediate action plans during incidents.

Team Development:

Foster teamwork within the team.

Client Relationship:

Coordinate with other teams and departments to achieve business goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

College degree.
Good English language skills.
At least 4 years of experience in team management.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
