Operations:
- Support the Operations Manager (OM) in daily operations.
- Manage the team to achieve KPIs and maintain quality.
- Report performance issues and updates to the OM.
- Conduct quality control in collaboration with QA.
- Provide training and coaching to team members.
- Be flexible with daily tasks.
- Review and provide feedback on SOPs and processes.
- Identify process gaps and offer solutions to improve agent performance.
- Design and implement new and improved processes to enhance KPIs, customer experience, and efficiency.
- Forecast workload volume and plan for peak periods.
- Identify and mitigate risks, providing immediate action plans during incidents.
Team Development:
- Foster teamwork within the team.
Client Relationship:
- Coordinate with other teams and departments to achieve business goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
- College degree.
- Good English language skills.
- At least 4 years of experience in team management.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
